You have the right to request unlimited edits until you are genuinely delighted with the final result. Just send us an email, and our designer will work closely with you to perfect the design.

    Preview and Modifications:

    • Preview: Within 24 hours of placing your order, we will send a preview of your personalized design to your email.
    • Modifications: You have 12 hours from the receipt of the preview to request any changes, including modifications to color, text, and more, by replying to the email.
    • Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to ensuring you love your personalized product. If, after several modifications, the design does not meet your satisfaction, you have the option to cancel your order.
