Our Guarantee: When Things Go Wrong

We will provide a free replacement or a full refund if your order meets one of the following criteria:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: The item arrives broken, torn, or with a manufacturing defect.
  • Printing or Customization Error: The final product features a significant misprint, is blurry, or the customization differs from what you specified in your order.
  • Incorrect Item Received: You receive the wrong size, color, or product entirely.

How to Report an Issue

To report an issue and request a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@stylemypride.com within 60 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your Order Number and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Attach clear photos or a video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item. This is required for us to process your request.

Please note: There is no need to return the original item. We aim to make this process as hassle-free as possible for you.

The Custom-Made Nature of Our Products

Because every product is created on-demand just for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Customer-Provided Errors: Typos, grammatical errors, or low-resolution images provided by the customer for customization.
  • Incorrect Size Ordered: You chose the wrong size. We provide detailed size charts on each product page and highly recommend you check them carefully before ordering.
  • Buyer's Remorse: You no longer want the item or have changed your mind.
  • Minor Color Variations: Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor or device screen settings.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We offer a 12-hour window after your order is placed to request changes or cancellations. This includes modifications to the size, design, or shipping address.

This window is crucial because once 12 hours have passed, your custom order automatically enters our production queue and cannot be altered. Please contact us immediately at support@stylemypride.com for any changes.

Resolution & Refund Processing

Once we review your request and photos, our team will notify you of the approval.

  • Replacements: If you choose a replacement, we will expedite its production and ship it to you free of charge.
  • Refunds: If you opt for a refund, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-10 business days. Please note that processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.
