Because every item is custom-made for you, it takes a bit of time to ensure it's perfect. Our process includes design verification, production, and final quality inspection.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
Below are the total estimated times for you to receive your order, including both production and shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Great news for our international lifters! All prices include customs, duties, and taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. No surprise fees on delivery!
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
1. How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your items and your shipping address.
2. Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact us at support@stylemypride.com immediately if you need to change your address. We can only make changes before the order is sent for fulfillment. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped.
3. My tracking says "Delivered," but I haven't received it?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely. Please wait 1-2 business days. Also, check with neighbors or your building's mailroom. If it still doesn't arrive, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
4. Will my order arrive in one package?
Since we use different production partners for our custom gear, items may ship separately. If so, you'll receive a unique tracking number for each package.
5. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we only offer Standard Shipping. We are working to add expedited options in the future!
